The duration of the recruitment process depends on the position and the number of applicants. In general, the initial screening and interviews take around 2-3 weeks. If you are selected for further stages, the entire process may take 4-6 weeks. We understand the importance of timely communication and will aim to keep you informed of your application’s progress throughout the recruitment process.

The company that you work for may offer work visas for qualified candidates based on immigration and employment regulations. Please ask us during registration if there any roles that have work visas available. Work visas are typically facilitated through legal and immigration processes to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

To claim maternity/paternity pay, you should contact ourselves and we will be able to guide you through the relevant policies and procedures This may include notifying your supervisor or HR department, submitting relevant documentation, and following the required steps to initiate the claim process.

You will need to bring in proof of identity. This can be either your passport or your birth certificate. You will then need to bring in your proof of National Insurance. This can be found on payslips and P45s. You may also be required to bring proof of your right to work in the UK.

If you are unable to work due to illness or any other health-related circumstances, please notify us first by calling us then you will need to let your relevant employer or supervisor know as soon as possible. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and ensure that your absence is properly communicated to the relevant parties.

If you are working as a temporary employee, your entitlement to take a holiday may depend on the terms of your employment agreement and the specific arrangements with your assigned employer. To avoid any inconvenience, we advise you to discuss any planned absences, including holidays, with both our agency and your employer beforehand to ensure proper coordination.

If you have a friend who is seeking employment, they are welcome to contact our agency directly to inquire about job openings and the registration process. Alternatively, you can refer your friend to our agency, and we will guide them through the steps to begin their job search.

Your timesheet will be signed by an authorised representative at your assigned workplace, such as a supervisor or manager. The completed timesheet is then sent to us and checked with the consultants before being sent to our internal accounts department. Our agency can provide guidance on the timesheet submission process and any related requirements.

If you wish to modify your current bank details for any reason you will have to get in touch with our accounts department and provide them with the new bank details. Once the details are verified, they will update the system

Our recruitment process comprises several stages: job posting, application review, initial screening (via phone or online), interviews (multiple rounds), assessments, reference checks, offer extension, and onboarding. We advertise roles through various channels. Additional assessments may be used for certain positions. We carefully verify references before extending an offer. Once accepted, new hires undergo onboarding to facilitate a smooth transition into the organisation. It might not be the same for each role and there may be some elements from the process that are different.

Yes, in most job applications, you will need to provide references. These are typically people who can vouch for your character, work ethic, and skills. It’s a good idea to choose references who have worked with you in a professional setting, such as a previous employer or co-worker. Make sure to ask their permission before providing their contact information.

Yes you can. If you are coming from Lincoln Central Bus Station it is bus number 9, Platform K and the stop is called Clarke Road. If you are coming from Scunthorpe Central Bus Station it is bus number 6 from Platform B and the stop is called Shops.

Working a ‘week in hand’: This means a worker receives their week’s wage the week after it was earned. For example, if a worker begins a week’s work on 1st January and is paid weekly, they would get paid for that week on or before the 14th of January, not the 7th of January.

Some roles require a DBS check before you start working. This means that you are checked for any criminal convictions. They are mostly used in industries where you are dealing with vulnerable groups of people such as children and the elderly. If you need a DBS check you will be informed.

Our payroll weeks are Monday to Sunday so the invoice will be dated on the Sunday of the hours worked and emailed across to you
