I had a quality inspector at a customer who for various reasons was dismissed, and I called Jayne late yesterday with my requirement to replace him as a matter of urgency. By lunch time today they had presented me with 4 very strong candidates for interview, one of which I have started immediately.
Not only were the profiles very informative and at the right level for the position, but the feed-back on their initial discussions with the candidates was the difference between another disaster and making the correct decision.
