Red Recruitment is a REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) Member Agency

We are one of only 2% of recruitment agencies in the UK that is audited by the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation). This is an external and independent audit carried out on a recruitment agency to make sure the highest industry standards are adhered to.

Using a REC member agency to find the right candidate for your job ensures that your whole recruiting process adheres to all legal requirements and follows best practice. REC members must prove that they are fully compliant with the law and must abide by a Code of Professional Practice. It is also a condition of membership that we have a complaints policy and procedure in place, and as a member agency we are subject to the REC’s disciplinary and complaints procedure if we fail to live up to our promise under the Code.

Gangmasters Licence

We were the first recruitment agency in North Lincolnshire to attain a GLA licence (Gangmasters Licencing Authority), which we have held since 2008 and which we make openly available to the GLA for inspection at any time.

Quality Standards – Guaranteed

We live and breathe quality standards, carrying out our own weekly audits in-house to make sure we maintain the highest standards in recruitment compliance. All our staff are offered and self-development programmes to help our clients achieve their goals when recruiting their new team members, and we encourage our clients to check our credentials and registered status to make sure we are fully compliant.

The key regulations are currently:

Agency Workers Regulations 2011

This governs the rights of agency workers, giving temporary agency staff equal treatment with regards to basic working and employment conditions after 12 weeks of service in the same job.

Parental rights and flexible working

Preventing discrimination and promoting diversity

Pensions auto-enrolment
